Lodeinoje pole – Staraja Sloboda, 230 km from St. Petersburg. The secret punitive isolator for mass destruction was established in Svirlag in 1931. Prisoners built a power plant, lugged about logs. Today there are monasteries of Orthodox men in the town of Staraja Sloboda. The bishop was there from May 1933 – for four months.

One of the most beautiful churches in St. Petersburg, where Teofilius served his sentence in a former monastery for half a year for the baptism of a child from a mixed family in 1909, and from 1910 to 1918, he served as parish vicar. St. Petersburg Church of Sacred Heart of Jesus. From 1911 to 1923 (12 years), he worked there, at first as a vicar, and from 1918 as a parish priest. Completed construction. Ministered to Lithuanians, Russians, Poles, Latvians. Address: ul. Babushkina, 57

Solovki Islands. Arkhangelsk Oblast, White Sea Archipelago, Anzer Island (47 sq. km), almost 900 km north of St. Petersburg, or 1700 km from Kaunas. The archbishop stayed there from December 1930 to May 1933.

Vladimir Central Prison. 180 km east of Moscow. Reinys, Mironas, Stulginskis, etc.were in prison from April 1948 to May 1954.
